Here's how it works:

1) Purchase a portrait commission on this page.

Once the order is processed (within 24 hours), I will send you a email attaching a Questionnaire form, asking you to provide details as well as pictures (details below):

- Specify paper origination: Landscape or Portrait (all house illustrations are 8"x10" size)
- Text (1 line, optional)
- Concept (house warming, holiday gift, etc.)
- Season (Summer, Fall, or Winter)
- Deadline

You can reply via email with the completed form and Reference Images of the house.

3) Once all the details are received, I will begin the portrait. Standard orders take 10 business days + shipping. Rush orders are welcome, however, please send me a email at [email protected] to confirm deadline date before placing a order. Holiday orders can take up to 8 weeks.
